HR Strategy

I. Goal & principle of the HR strategy: cultivate high-quality strategic resources. The company strongly recognizes that human resources are the most important strategic resource. To remain perennially victorious, it must build a workforce of high quality that faithfully executes the company's development strategy.

II. Talent cultivation principle: individual goals combined with corporate goals. The company respects every employee and encourages them to formulate personal career plans, guiding them to combine personal development goals with corporate development goals.

The idea of "people-oriented" runs through the whole process of enterprise development. We vigorously cultivate all types of talent including "blue-collar" workers, striving to build a well-rounded entrepreneur team, a knowledge-leading talent team, a scientifically-managed builder team, and a highly-skilled operator team. Through 3–5 years of effort, the proportion of the company's economic and technical talent should reach over 50% of total staff.
