Our company welcomes peers from all sectors to jointly develop and cooperate on various types of projects. There are three main models:

1. Resource exchange, profit sharing

For the party with resources, when we cooperate we can develop together by exchanging the resources of enterprises/individuals. One person's resources are limited; integrating the resources of two people brings transformational change for both sides, with profits shared equally.

2. Technical guidance & project hosting

For units or individuals that provide projects, our company provides full-process technical services — preliminary budgeting, quotation, final accounts, etc. — and dispatches experienced project managers for on-site management. Our company charges project-manager management fees and technical-scheme guidance / final-accounts fees, and does not participate in other business operations.

3. Partner profit-sharing coefficient ratios

• Provide leakage-control and curtain-wall renovation project leads; we handle the rest. Upon contract completion, pay 3–5% of the contract price as an information fee;
• Provide leads and sign the contract; we handle the rest. Upon completion, pay 5–8% of the contract price as information and follow-up service fee;
• Provide leads, sign the contract and are responsible for collection; we handle the rest. Upon completion, pay 10–15% of the contract price as profit sharing based on the profit ratio;
• Waterproofing and curtain-wall renovation projects share profit by ratio; specifics are negotiated case by case.
